We offer flexible payment terms, which are discussed individually with each client. To book an apartment in advance, you must send a small deposit by bank transfer (or cash) to confirm the reservation.
We can either meet you in Bansko and check you into the apartment in person, or leave the apartment key for you in advance in the key safe (we will send you the exact address and detailed instructions on check-in in advance in private messages).
We do not have any strict uniform rules of accommodation. For our part, we try to provide maximum comfort for our guests and organize the maximum possible. However, each complex and apartment may have individual rules of accommodation, since our apartments are located both in residential buildings and in hotel-type complexes. Thus, in some apartments, accommodation with animals and small children is allowed, and in some - not. For all accommodation facilities, compliance with the rules agreed upon with the manager in advance is mandatory, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order.
After checking out of the apartment, you leave the key in the safe or in the apartment, or personally with the manager, who accepts and checks the apartment after your check-out.

Each apartment or house we manage has all the furniture and equipment needed for a short or long-term stay. Kitchen appliances, washing machine, heaters and/or air conditioners, internet, TV, dishes, bed linen, towels and much more. A thorough cleaning is always carried out before new guests move in and clean bed linen and towels are provided. If you need anything extra, we will try to arrange it where possible.
